PORRIDGE YOU’LL NEED :
-glass of milk
-glass of oat flakes
-fruits (any tape you

Pour cold milk into the bowl and add oatmeal into milk. You can also add a spoon of honey, if you want.Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes at 100 degrees.Wash
and slice your favorite fruits. Decorate you porridge and savor. BON APPETIT .
BANANA PANCAKES
YOU’LL NEED :
-banana
-cynamon
-egg
-flour
-coconut oil
To a medium size bowl
add smashed banana, a small spoon of cynamon, an egg and two spoons of flour .
Mix it all together till smooth texture.On the hot frying pan
put a tiny spoon of coconat oil and wait till it melts . Put mixture on the pan
and fry till brown on each side . You can eat it with anything you want . We
choose fresh forest fruits and some agave syrup . ENJOY YOUR MEAL !
JAR PORRIDGE
YOU’LL NEED:

-youghurt
-one banana
-raisins
-random fruits
First put oatmeal in the jar and next flood boiling
water into dish. After that wait a moment and then add youghurt to the jar.•At
the end you can add
to your breakfast fruits.
