How to make healthy and delicious pancakes.


Ingridients (for 4 people) :

  • 2 cups od flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1,5 cup of milk
  • 75g of melted butter
  • 3 table spoon's of baking powder
  • 3 spoon's od sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 table spoon of vanilla sugar (not needed)

How to make:

In a small bowl mix all the dry ingridients together. Next you have to beat the eggs and mix them with milk and butter. After you done that, slowly add flour, sugar, salt and baking powder to the over bowl and stir until the whole substance will be well mixed. 


When you think it's done with stiring, grab your pan and fry the pancakes until their colour will be gold. Next you can place the pancakes one on top the over, and poor on them maple syrup and decorate it with kinds of fruits.
